How to cancel my booking? +
Go to "My trips", open the booking and click "Cancel". Cancellation is free up to 48h before.
How to contact a host? +
From the listing page or your booking, use the "Send a message" button.
How does cash payment work? +
You choose "On delivery" when booking. The host confirms receipt after in-person payment.
How to become a host? +
Go to your profile and click "Switch to host mode". You can then publish listings.
